Any time. Attaching one is prorated and the extra credits arrive for the rest of the period. Detaching stops the next charge and leaves the credits you have already been granted alone.
20% off seats and per-user add-ons. Credit packages bill at the same rate on any term — they are the one line that buys model time, so discounting them would just cut into what the credits are worth.
Active members only. Outstanding invites and suspended accounts never count, and changes are prorated automatically.
