For one person trying PROM out.
Small product teams shipping together. 14-day trial, no card.
Product orgs running multiple products. 14-day trial, no card.
Procurement, compliance, scale.
Credits are a plain unit of AI usage, pooled across your workspace and shown on a live meter. When they run low you are warned. When they run out, AI pauses (hard cap by default — no bill surprises) while the rest of your workspace keeps working. On paid plans you can flip a single toggle to auto-buy credit packs instead, or connect your own API key for unlimited AI on your provider bill.
Personal is free of seat cost, not free of AI cost. It includes a small monthly credit allotment so you can feel the product, and you can connect your own API key for unlimited AI at no cost to us.
A credit is a simple unit of AI usage. One credit is roughly $0.001 of underlying model cost. We show a live meter so there is never any bill shock.
AI pauses until the next renewal — the rest of your workspace keeps working normally. Nothing is ever deleted at a credit wall, and nothing is ever silently overcharged. If you want PROM to auto-buy credit packs instead of pausing, that's a single opt-in toggle on the billing page; off by default.
We bill for active members only. Outstanding invitations and suspended accounts don't count. Seat changes mid-cycle are prorated automatically.
Yes — both Pro and Business include a 14-day free trial of Pro. No card required to start. You'll only be asked for payment if you keep the workspace past the trial.
Yes. On Personal and Pro you can connect your own model provider key. Your key, your model bill, our platform fee only. Enterprise can also run against a private model.
Founding pricing for beta users is locked for 12 months and grandfathered when public pricing launches.
No. Your graph is yours, and your content is never used to train models that serve other customers.
