Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

We use cookies to keep the site working and secure, and, only if you allow it, to understand how it is used so we can make it better. Here is exactly what we use and how to change your choices.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work, and others only run if you allow them. We also use similar technologies such as local storage in your browser, and this policy covers those too.

This policy explains what we use, why, and how to change your choice at any time.

02The kinds of cookies we use

Strictly necessary. These keep the site working. They sign you in and keep you signed in, keep your account secure, and remember your cookie choice. The site cannot run without them, so they are always on and do not need your consent.

Functional. These remember preferences you set, such as light or dark mode, so the site looks the way you left it. They only run if you allow them.

Analytics. These would help us see which pages people use so we can improve them. Any measurement is anonymous and only runs if you allow it.

Marketing. These would let us measure our ads and show more relevant messages. We do not use any marketing cookies today. This category stays off unless we add them in the future and you allow it.

03The cookies we set

Sign-in session (strictly necessary). When you log in we set a secure, browser-only cookie that keeps you signed in and lets us give you a fresh access token without asking for your password again. It is removed when you sign out.

Cookie choice (strictly necessary). We save your consent choice in a cookie called prom_consent so we do not ask again on every visit. It records which categories you allowed and when, and it lasts about six months.

Theme preference (functional). We remember whether you chose light or dark mode so the site opens the way you like it.

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies at this time. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent before any such cookie runs.

04Managing your choices

When you first visit you can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or open preferences and choose category by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

You can change your mind at any time. Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page to reopen the choices.

You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site such as signing in may stop working.

05Third parties

The cookies described here are set by PROM. We do not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts on our site.

Some features you turn on inside the product, such as connecting your own tools, may involve those providers' own cookies when you use them. Those are governed by the providers' policies.

06Changes to this policy

If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and, where the change is material, ask you to make your choice again.
